Haircare Tip 1 - Effective Remedy for Hair Growth | Makeup Beauty Blog
Hello my darling friends...
I have been recently working on something important in my life and have been pretty busy with that so not able to get much time to write posts on my blog but I promise you that I will come on track soon enough. I want to share every bit of stuff that I know with my friends who take the time and effort to read my blog. It means so much to me. Today I am going to write a post about an effective hair growth solution.
Hair fall is something that almost every single man/woman out there face. It is indeed a problem, but to clarify roughly, it is absolutely normal for 50-100 strands of hair to fall from your scalp every single day. There could be several reasons associated with hair fall and can differ from a person's health, medication, diet, hormones, stress, genetics etc. It is important to rule out all such factors and make a change in your lifestyle if you really wish to make a difference to your hair growth.

What can you do??
Firstly, ensure that you rule out the following:

Surgery or heavy medication:
If you have recently undergone a surgery, heavy medication or some treatment, you can experience a higher rate of hair fall. Certain medication, drugs and treatments can increase your hair fall. However, what you can do is to maintain a balanced lifestyle and give your body time to return back to its normal functioning. The fluctuations in your body with medication, hormones and stress can alter the level of your hair fall. Ensure that you do not take stress because of hair fall as excessive stress will rather exacerbate than cure.

Hormones, Thyroid and Genetics:
Recent delivery or even change in your method of contraception, can cause abnormal hormonal fluctuations. This can give your hair growth cycle a toss and increase the amount of hair fall. Take hormonal and thyroid checkup and see a doctor before ruling it out as hormonal fluctuations. Under-active/over-active thyroid can also allow your hair to shed excessively. Women who suffer PCOS or if you change your method of contraception can also affect your hair growth cycle.
If you suffer from anything from above, ensure you take the right tests, consult a doctor to help you bring your hair cycle back through the right medication and advice.
Once this is ruled out ensure that you follow:
1) A stress-free life, if not, practice a bit of yoga or meditation or even some calm music therapy daily.

2) A balanced lifestyle. Have some leafy salads or green juice, fruits, fish rich in Omega 3 oils along with your curry, tikka, grills or biryani. This will ensure that your body gets enough balanced supplements along with the other food as well.

3) Do not tie your hair TOO tight. Too much pulling, combing, washing etc. can escalate your hair fall rate.

Remedy to Follow if you have excess hair fall:
Recently I have found an effective cure for hair fall which I would love to share with you all. We all know for sure that Castor Oil is an amazing oil for hair growth. However, if you mix another effective ingredient with Castor oil, the concoction becomes a miracle oil. That is Nigella seed oil. It is sometimes called as Black seed oil or Kalonji seed oil. We use this seed, sometimes for cooking. (I use it all the time to make North Indian style Bhindi fry!!)

How to use it?
1) Buy Cold-pressed pure organic Castor oil and Nigella seed oil. You can get them online in India or anywhere else in the world.
2) Mix both in equal ratio and warm it up very slightly.
3) Massage this on to your scalp and keep it for at least 1-2 hours before washing.
4) Rinse and condition using Sulfate-free, Paraben-free and Silicone-free shampoo and conditioner. Try and avoid washing your hair using hot water. Repeat this oil treatment 3 times a week for minimum 3 months and see a difference in the rate of your hair growth. It does wonders to reduce hair fall. Always remember, one thing that you always need is Consistency. You need to follow it regularly to see a difference. You cannot expect miracles to happen in a jiffy. You need to be patient as well.
