Bridal Makeup for a Traditional Kannadiga Hindu Bride : A Lekshmi Menon Bridal Makeover

Recently, our Creative Head, Lekshmi Menon was asked to do Bridal Makeup for the sister of London based Businessman from Bangalore. The Bride was dressed up like a Traditional Kannadiga Hindu Bride !!

We planned her makeup so as to offer her absolutely Glowing and Luminous Skin without camouflaging or caking it up! One of Lekshmi's signature style is the way she does eye makeup and it always creates an impact if it matches the traditional attire. The bride was also given a Metallic Burgundy red lip and it lit up her face as much as her diamonds!

The Bride opted to wear Bright lit Golden Yellow Kancheepuram saree paired with a heavily adorned Burgundy red blouse. The Bride was given a Quad tone lid and Trio tone Crease for her eye makeup. The lid transitioned according to the tones of her saree from Golden yellow to Orange to Burgundy red and Black was used sparingly to create dimension. The Creaseline also transitioned from Soft brown to Brick brown to Deep brown. The Bride opted not to use falsies so we avoided that.
