Kerala’s Face Palette Makeup Academy Joins Prestigious United Nations Global Compact Programme, Paving the Way for Global Impact in Beauty and Skill Development

Founded by Lekshmi Menon FRSA, who returned from the UK to Kerala to empower women to become financially independent and contribute to the state’s economic growth, Face Palette Makeup Academy is celebrated for its mission of women’s empowerment through makeup artistry. By offering courses primarily in Malayalam, the academy has provided training to thousands of women across Kerala and beyond, equipping them with valuable skills for employability and entrepreneurship. Now, as a member of the UN Global Compact, Face Palette joins the ranks of leading Global companies making a global impact.
